My story
Welcome to my portfolio! I’m Amaranta, a passionate Digital Designer and UX/UI specialist dedicated to crafting meaningful connections through design. My journey began with a degree in International Business, followed by valuable experience in the import/export sector at GE. This foundation, combined with my roles in tourism at Hilton Mexico as a reservation agent and marketing assistant, has fueled my empathy and understanding of user needs.
Relocating to Canada marked a significant turn in my career as I pursued my passion for digital design at VFS, specializing in user experience. During this period, I embraced the joys of motherhood, which enriched my life and provided a unique perspective that has shaped me into a more empathetic and resilient designer. Far from being a gap, these four years were filled with continuous learning, personal growth, and the development of my design skills through freelance projects and personal initiatives.
